Returns

Return eligibility. Most unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for the same item. Products must be in new, unused condition. Contact us before returning an item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Approved returns are made by mail.

Consumable and biosecurity-sensitive products. Feed, treats, supplements, herbs, bedding, pest-control products, and health or first-aid products are eligible for return only when unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Once opened, used, applied, or exposed to animals or a coop, these products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Digital gift cards. Digital gift cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash after they are issued or delivered, except where required by law. Contact us if a gift card is not delivered or is sent to the wrong recipient.

Conditional final-sale products. Custom, special-order, clearance, or final-sale products are nonreturnable only when the product listing clearly states that restriction before purchase.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped, contact us for assistance. These issues remain eligible for resolution even when the product would not qualify for a change-of-mind return. My Favorite Chicken pays return shipping when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns and other non-defect reasons.

Payments

We utilize a secure payment checkout system through Stripe and also offer PayPal checkout. Both payment methods provide a secure method of payment which includes buyer and seller protection. You can shop with a peace of mind knowing that your transaction is secure and guaranteed.

Shipping

Retail orders to the contiguous United States normally ship within 1-3 business days and include complimentary standard shipping unless a product listing states otherwise. Estimated carrier transit time is 1-4 business days by USPS Priority Mail or 1-6 business days by UPS or FedEx Ground. Alaska and Hawaii are not included in the standard contiguous-U.S. shipping offer. We email tracking information when your order ships.

Wholesale bulk purchases ship at rates and schedules based on pre-agreed terms. Orders under 100 units normally ship within 7-10 business days; orders of 100 units or more normally ship within 14 business days.
