Parkhill Family Enterprises, LLC, doing business as My Favorite Chicken ("My Favorite Chicken," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the My Favorite Chicken API integration used with Meta business products. This policy explains how that integration handles information.
Scope
The My Favorite Chicken API is an internal business integration. It is used by authorized My Favorite Chicken personnel and service accounts to manage advertising, business Pages, Instagram business content, product catalogs, analytics, and related business operations. It is not offered as a consumer login service.
Information the integration processes
Depending on the operation being performed, the integration may process Meta business asset identifiers and account configuration; Facebook Page and Instagram business content, metadata, and insights; advertising campaigns, audiences, delivery settings, costs, and performance information; product-catalog information, including product names, availability, images, website links, and prices; website and commerce conversion-event information made available through Meta business tools; and technical records needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and audit the integration.
The integration is not designed to collect passwords or payment-card numbers. Access tokens and credentials are restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
How information is used
We use information processed through the integration to create, manage, measure, and improve My Favorite Chicken advertising; publish and analyze authorized business content; synchronize and maintain product-catalog information; measure website traffic, conversions, and sales attribution; secure, troubleshoot, and audit the integration; and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
Sharing
Information may be shared with Meta and with service providers that support our website, ecommerce, advertising, analytics, hosting, security, and business operations. We do not sell personal information obtained through the My Favorite Chicken API integration. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purposes described above, including security, audit, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
